So we were looking at our mail and both my Son and Daughter received a check for a settlement of this law suit from a class action settlement. The Check was for the whopping sum of $15.00. What a joke. I wonder how much money they paid the lawyers?

I think this only applies to Illinois.

Class action lawsuits are a scam. Lawyers get rich, companies shed liability for fractions of a cent on the dollar, and aggrieved people get coupons for discounts on future purchases.

That's about the same as my 15% discount coupon I received from the IBM DeathStar class action suit. It worked out to be a $45 off a $300 purchase from IBM.com

That's more than I ever got in a class action settlement. I don't think I've ever cleared $10-maybe even $5.

Consider yourself lucky. That's a 1000% more than I got in a settlement from MetLife lying about the yield on it's whole life policies.
