With frikkin laser beams.Disappointed none of them have badgers on top that are deployed when someone tries to scale the wall.
Knowing how those idiots function, they'll likely go with this one as-is:

They put up 8 prototypes for the border wall. Can any of them work?
I originally thought/ hoped in March of 2016 that the wall would be completed in 9 months. It has been 9 months. We do have prototypes, but that is NOT a completed wall. If the wall gets completed it will surely only be after a vicious fight in the capital.
Since I was wrong, I am reporting for my punishment. I'm betting I can count on you.

border patrol is pretty corrupt. theres a pbs doc about it, iirc. stemming from the mass hiring under Bush admin, security and background checks were being rushed, some bad hombres were being hired.
I don’t like any of them, I’d much rather implement an everification system, get rid of anchor babies, beef up border patrol and ICE, reform immigration, etc. The wall is just a waste of money that’s won’t fix the problem.
get rid of anchor babies,
This still misses the actual problem which is the economic and political stability of Mexico plus the increasingly inescapable fact that there are jobs Americans aren't willing to do that Mexicans/Central Americans are.
It will take a combination of things to correct the problem.I don’t like any of them, I’d much rather implement an everification system, get rid of anchor babies, beef up border patrol and ICE, reform immigration, etc. The wall is just a waste of money that’s won’t fix the problem.
I remember during Operation Hold The Line how they just parked their suburbans on the border and huddled together at one vehicle. The entire time illegals were sneaking past them using them for cover and they didn't seem to care. All I could do was shake me head and go about my own job.border patrol is pretty corrupt. theres a pbs doc about it, iirc. stemming from the mass hiring under Bush admin, security and background checks were being rushed, some bad hombres were being hired.
That misses the real problem. There are jobs that Americans don't want to do because the pay is not commensurate with the working conditions. And the pay/working conditions don't need to be scaled to balance because there are illegals willing to do them at a reduced rate. In the real world if you eliminate the labor force that drives down the pay scale those jobs would be better and they could be filled with Americans. The political stability of Mexico is only an ancillary factor. It's the fact that jobs and benefits exist for illegals that drives them here. Remove the pot of gold and nobody bothers to follow the rainbow. Illegal immigrants should be given a one way ticket home, not free health care. And anyone that hires them should be given a one way ticket to jail. That fixes the problem without a wall.
Plus, no one would lock up the job creators. It's far easier to blame the people taking those jobs.A nation that has kittens when gas goes up a fifty cents isn't prepared for the reality of what would happen to costs if we tried to boot the millions of illegals doing the work out and hire Americans to replace them. Consumers are trained to expect low prices and business owners/investors expect good margins made possible by this underclass. This is why both parties have declined to really do anything about the issue for decades.
This still misses the actual problem which is the economic and political stability of Mexico plus the increasingly inescapable fact that there are jobs Americans aren't willing to do that Mexicans/Central Americans are.
When there are jobless Americans out there I find it hard to believe that we have this wide swath of jobs Americans refuse to do.
Like friggin amateur hour over here. How can you expect to defend a keep with such shoddy fortifications, much less an entire country.
and you're allowed to be ignorant.
