I've seen some wall mounted USB chargers, the kind that replaces the entire box like these:

I have a rewired house that was built in The late 50's. All my wall plugs are 20 amp plugs (I know its odd). I have changed light fixtures/switches and outlets before. I'd also like to keep at least one standard plug and have USB ports that provide a reasonable amount of power. Can anyone give me some suggestions, it does not have to be from Amazon. Outlet needs to be white.

You can put a 15a receptacle on a 20a breaker. Home Depot sells dozens of outlets with USB, both single an duplex. They also have one 20a duplex w/ USB.

Isn't it technically that you can have one to many duplex 15A outlet(s) on a 20A circuit. If you only have one "plug" on a 20A circuit it has to be a 20A outlet.

Duplex is a standard double-plug. Single used to only be something used behind clocks or other odd situations. Single seems like it might be more common with USB on the other.

As long as the circuit has multiple revepticals the single 15a is OK.

I've seen singles for microwaves and washers, in other states on 15 amp circuits. In Oklahoma we all have 20 amp circuits and I think all of my houses have used duplex plugs in those locations.

If you replace a wall plug with a duplex USB port, instead of a USB/120V combo you would likely be violating code for distance between plugs (plugs must be within 12 feet of each other in a bedroom).
