Wallpaper question...this is driving me nuts.

I like how i can have the wallpapers be like a slideshow, but I want to add some of my own to the windows wallpapers together in one slideshow.

However, the problem is that i cant select both--the ones i download i put in a folder called wallpapers, but i have to scroll down to select it so i cannot add it to the slideshow with the windows wallpapers since those are on another tab. So basically how can i add my own wallpapers to the windows wallpapers for one slideshow?

Ideas?

It seems with Win 7 directories you should be able to...that said, as a work around, why not copy the pics you want and put them into the allocated wallpaper folder?

you would have to make a folder under the windows\web\wallpaper folder to have them in the default slideshow. or what you can do is create your own collection as per here


I like the slideshow option too, now if only I can find a way to have it change for example once a week vs max ever day

Thanks!! Exactly what I wanted. I'm sure it would be easy to add that in somehow by editing some values, no? Maybe they'll add it later.

Btw, do you have any idea where I could download the wallpapers that came with vista for use in win 7? I remember there were some good ones.

Actually I have a similiar question.I have downloaded the US theme for Win7 and it has some wallpapers I want to combine with some of the Win7 wallpapers. I can't find where the theme pack put the wallpapers.
Anyone know?

I downloaded the themes and it screwed my sound settings. I ended up snagging the pictures from the downloads and putting them in pictures/slideshows. When I searched for them I used theme* Wierd how you cannot find them by going through folders, but can find them doing a search.
