BEWARE! You often get what you pay for! I bought these so called "refurbished" monitors before...and I'll tell you this, I got rid of every one of them! I don't mind cosmetic blemishes, but these monitors always have picture quality problems! They are either blurry, fuzzy, screwed up, etc. So buy at your own risk, but don't expect them to function like "NEW." Then again, you might be lucky..but that is sooo rare! It's a big gamble you are taking. I will never buy Refurbished monitors again!

The ones that you buy at computer shows may be so. I had the same experience. But I bought 3 monitors from comprenew and they were all great great customer service too. You should call to see if these are off-lease or refurbished.

Secondwindpc is affiliated with a local(Metro Detroit) leasing company with about 600 employees. When they get back their stuff from lease they go over it 100% and if there is anything wrong with it they wholesale it out, so they are reselling only their best stuff. All stuff comes with a 30 day warranty and longer warranties can be purchased through a deal they have with Radio Shack. I bought a 21" Cornerstone monitor from them last summer for $269, they were a pleasure to deal with.
