Free HP EX900 250GB M.2 PCI-E NVMe SSD, with purchase of a Ryzen R5 1600 CPU @ Newegg, currently priced at $149.99. (So roughly, $100 for CPU, $50 for SSD, a pretty fair deal.)
I'd jump on that, personally. I'd grab one myself, and probably still will, if they have that sale still on Mon., but but then they'll probably be sold out of one or the other. I just bought another 1600 last week, when they dropped to $119.99 @ Newegg (no free gift, sadly).
My main rig(s) have had the Ryzen R5 1600 for a couple of years, and they perform really well, for the money. Maybe not the absolute highest FPS, for high-FPS 1080P gaming (for that, you'd want Intel), but overall, I don't do a lot of gaming these days, and for productivity and mining/DC, it's great. 65W too, stays pretty cool with stock heatsink. (These come with 95W heatsinks with a copper core, a nice little thank-you from AMD, to allow overclocking quite a bit on the stock heatsink.)
