Want to learn basic Lithuanian

I know that simply speaking Lithuanian with others is a good way to learn, but I just want a book or two where I can begin to pick up the basics of the language.

Any books ATOT recommends to help me out?

I play lithuania on medieval total war kingdoms, they are pretty tough to play as probably the toughest of all the factions, crazy pagans but i think they are orthodox christians now. anyhow, gl

I was thinking the same about the OP. my GF is Latvian actually, but of her 5 languages, Lithuanian is not one of them, strangely enough.

see if there is a Pimsler set for Lithuanian, or check for local Lithuanian clubs: Hang out, eat cookies, shag the lady members, learn their language. easiest way.

....who the hell wants to learn Lithuanian, anyway?
