Suggest you wait for just a little bit longer.... P965 boards are still pricey and don't see any G965 (ones with integrated video) hit the market yet.
At current prices a decent P965 chipset board will cost around $150. Some of the new P965 boards are simply outrageously priced at well over $200. BTW, these boards come with a lot of bells and shistles (i.e dual GbE LAN, Fire-Wire, RAID etc). If you're willing to pay$200 plus then a 975x chipset board is a better choice in my opinion (Great features, OC, and stability).
What is the range you're looking for - around a 100 bucks? I think we'll have to wait a few more weeks to see anything less than $120... if cheaper boards do come that soon... typically motherboard makers will try to sell their higher priced (more profitable) products to crazed Conroe buyers Some other budget chipsets are there from Intel, but I'm not sure about the feature set and OC capability. There might be some boards based on 945 chipsets, but need to question their OCing abilities...
Anandtech did review a cheapo Asrock board based on the VIA chipset and with AGP, but tha won't be a very strong platform (though they did mention that you can make a real killer budget rig with that board and a E6300).
As calvin has mentioned, board prices will come down eventually... surprisingly Intel's own motherboards might do that. Intel boards are usually very stable but no-frills - so price is sometimes lower.
