I've made up my mind that this board is almost exactly what I want. The only open question that remains is BeOS support (which is very important for me). I'd be very happy if someone who has this board could test if BeOS boots ok with it.
BeOS 5 Personal Edition is probably the smallest download (less than 50 MB), it is easy to use for testing, though I doubt it would boot without disabling SSE in the BIOS or installing a patch. BeOS "Max Edition" is a third party distro based on the Personal Edition. Unlike PE, it can be booted from a CD (rather than from Windows or Linux) and can be installed on its own BFS partition. I'd be happy to send you an ISO of my BeOS 5 Pro Edition (I don't think Be Inc. RIP would mind...), but unfortunately 600 MB is too big for the basic hosting that I use.
If you could test this on your PC it would be great. I don't care about full driver support, a successful boot is enough.
