Conservatives love to go on as if there hasn't been a seismic shift in party allegiance over the last 50 years. Which he will not do. A threat to sue is posturing for political effect. But an actual suit will expose him to deposition and other forms of added scrutiny.

I would not be surprised if more people came forward. When Moore was evasive in his statements about dating teenage girls that indicated to me that he thought more accusers were out there.
