You're right, the one thing blizzard doesn't do well is customer support. I bought a copy of Diablo II, but didn't have a chance to install it before i was unable to return it to the store (i think there is a 30 day return period). Anyway, when I finally went to install it, i noticed a huge gash on the Play disc, which was under the plastic coating on the bottom of the disc, it was actually on the silver stuff which is under that plastic stuff (?) it's kinda hard to explain, but it was OBVIOUSLY a factory defect, and it made the game unplayable.
I tried everything to get ahold of Blizzard, but they would not do anything about it, all I needed was a new play disc, i already had the cd key and everything. A good company would have fixed something like this.. they offered that if i sent back the play disc with 20 bucks, then they would send me a new one.. i told them to piss off and i cloned a friend's cd.
