Meh, Seagate & Hitachi make much faster drives. The Hitachi 5k160 160gb is a perp recording drive.

I have a 2 years old HP ZV6000 with a IDE 2.5" hard drive. Will any of these work for me? I know the SATA is out of the picture but what is this ATA6 standard?

All the ATA standards are backwards compatible. No problems.
