I went for a deal like this one a year or two ago. It probably wasn't even worth it. Those speakers just sit in the closet and collect dust. They are terrible speakers. Even the speakers that come with most laptops are probably better. If you have a computer that doesn't have any speakers yet and you think that terrible speakers are at least better than no speakers then this is a good deal. I guess I keep these speakers in the closet as a backup in case I have ever have a situation where I need speakers for something real fast (of course, that something can never be listening to music.)

These aren't stellar speakers by any means, but ok for basic computer operations. The price certainly is right. Good find.

Benwin speakers are downright BAD! Yes, you can use them (you think) as a basic speaker, but listening to it for a couple of days and you will realize your ear deserve better "basic" speakers.

I wonder if they are any better since they are USB, no analog signal and some power. I can not see how they can be too bad if they are truly digital as it takes out the noise you get with most cr@ppy speakers.
