This is new, OEM-boxed. It is made for 200Mhz FSB cpus (not 266), so if you have PC2100 DDR, it will only run the memory at PC1600, so make sure you use the right T-bird (or use a Duron). WARNING: NOT OVERCLOCKER FRIENDLY! Definitely a good deal if you have some spare PC1600 DDR memory or if you just want to build a cheap ddr system

UPDATE: There supposedly is a 133/33/66 (FSB/PCI/AGP) mode (the retail version has jumpers for this speed, so the OEM *should* have an option in the bios)! You still will need to manipulate your cpu's bridges to up the voltage, and adjust the multiplier (cut & connect).
