I think $60 is better than paying $78.29 without a rebate, BB has free shipping now right now, I ordered for instore pickup, only 1 rebate per household though, how could I get two sticks at this price and get both rebates?

will I need two separate recepts? why couldn't it work on one receipt, you just make a copy. as long as there are two separate addresses there could always be the possibility that one person just paid for two sticks and his friend took the other one and paid him cash....

Oh, I wholeheartedly agree this is a deal. I don't want you to think I'm thread-crapping. I'm just noting BB's shady practice I'll most likely go pick some of this up myself, provided I can find a way to get the rebate(s) in addition to the employee purchase price.

magnux someone has already said ram prices are going up (esp. DDR..due to nForce2 arrival and its dualDDR support..as well as curtailed production due to plant closures and such..) so BB is just going with the market

 

I picked up a stick of this last time they had it on sale about a 2 months ago. The MIR should be from Crucial, as it was last time. It may take a month or two

but you'll get it. I just received my rebate a few days ago.

I've been using Crucial RAM for the past year now without a complaint. The problem is that it's PC133 on a Dell board which means no overclocking. That brings me to my question. Does anybody know how PC2100 RAM from Crucial overclocks? I'm considering buying the 1600+ but I'm definitely going to want to do some overclocking. Is it worth it for me to get in on this deal?

I am not an overclocker, but with crucial RAM you should be able to get that 1600 up to 1900 speeds without a problem.

I doubt it, they are apparently slowing production for the holiday season and jacking prices
