hey dud89, that's just a picture, you gotta go through the forms to find the 9700 pro...it is 299...says backordered though.

I was at Best Buy the other day and the ATI Radeon 9700 pro is 299 normally there now.

I just compared the 9600 pro & 9700 pro........................the 9600 is the slower version of the 9800 pro coming out, kinda a budget version. Its slower than the 9700 also. so consider what you want before you buy.

9500 Pro is still faster than 9600 Pro in many cases, although 9600 Pro's do have the advantage of running cooler in an office environment, less power-consuming, and also that .13um micron GPU overclocks like a jaguar on crack.
