Get a load of this:
I ordered CTHD from Bestbuy two days ago for 20$ shipped. Then the next day I found it locally for a better price. So I called up 1-888-BESTBUY to cancel and a CSR said, "Your order hasn't shipped yet, but it has gotten to a point in the process where we can't cancel your order."
BS, I mean he could very well be holding my DVD in his hands, why does he feel forced to send it to me when I don't want it?
My guess is they charge your credit card right away. I still think they could simply credit my card. Oh well, I'll remember next time to call local stores before buying DVDs online.
