The only thing about the Fry's deal is that it's not a retail card, it's an OEM whitebox, HOWEVER, it comes with the dongle, card, drivers, and cables (no mention of the Remote Wonder though)

Any Fry's deal means it is at the B&M store. So there is no shipping cost.

Even though Fry's is associated with Outpost.com, their prices and sales are not necessarily the same.

It's the same card they were selling for $179 during labor day weekend. It's NOT a pro. It's a 9800 SE and is clocked at really funky speeds. You can make it a pro and clock it back up though. It may or may not come with everything a retail box does. However, it's still a good deal if you just need a bare card and can find any missing cables/parts elsewhere.
