I was at Compusa taking advantage of the DVD+R deals when I saw they had a number of hitachi death star 200gb drives for $80 after an $80 MIR and a $20 IR (Initial cost is $180). Thanks to other people posting in this thread, I know they're PATA100 drives, 7200rpm, with a three year warranty. It might be a hot deal if you can look past the death star label on the box.
Yes, this is the same brand (though a different company) as the infamous IBM deathstar line. If you need 200gb cheap, but you don't mind the infamous deathstar label, this is your deal.
