The items are new, unless stated to the contrary. I have bought many, many items through this auction and have been pleased by the products. By the way, I bought the Kodak T700 for my daughter and she is very happy with it and the results.

Some Ebay people are so stupid that they pay retail prices on Ebay. Evan though the seller has an Ebay website with the price of an item cheaper than the current bid. Why don?t they take the time to Evan look? LOL /end rant

Thanks for pointing out that sams now has auctions.

Based on your information I checked out the site and purchased a Digiset 32mb MP3 player.

It's a nifty lil thingy that looks exactly like a casette and changes any tape casette player (including your cars) into an MP3 Player.

Thought that at $50 it was an OK deal. It's outdated hardware but I have a friend who really really wants one.

No where on the descriptions does it say this is a refurb.

But if you read the fine print it does say all sales final. If it is broke talk to UPS or use your waranty we (sams) ain't taken it back.

Kinda shoddy from a company as big as sams.

But wait. Thought I was buying this from sams club but AFTER I buy it I get email confirmation and a link that (after the sale) informs me of the following:

Booyah, shipping is listed once you bid. UPS Ground was the cheapest, but there are other options at higher rates for faster delivery.
I'm not in any rush, so I just opted for the UPS Ground shipping without paying attention to whatelse was available.
