I like how you say "not bad disks" but then give the CMC Magnetics code.
These disks will burn fine but don't store anything you will need later on because their life is really poor.

My experiences with these are the same as foolish501, no complaints at all. I am able to burn at 8X without any problems. NOt a coaster, yet.

I don't know that I would pay $17.94 for a 50 pack though. I also bought mine when they were on sale for $7.94 / spindle a couple of months ago. I wasn't too sure of the media so only bought two spindles. Now, I wished I had bought several more. Beginning to wonder if that was a pricing mistake by Staples.

wasn't a pricing mistake, just a great deal for their anniversary sale, was the same week they had the Microsoft Wireless Optical Explorer mouse for $14. if they ever had the disks at $7.94 again i wouldn't hesitate in buying more
