Does TDK make their own burners, or do they rebadge? If they rebadge, who do they use, and have they reliably used the same manufacturer under the badge?

I'm becoming a broken record, all I want is a cheap 12 speed plextor clone (gave up on USB)

The one I bought from Buy.com in January is rebadged Plextor 12x10x32. Read my review here.
