What's your point? What does it matter to any consumer who the firm uses to do rebates?
The firm, in this case, UMAX, is responsible for getting us our rebates on a timely basis (within the time promised in their original ad) and they, UMAX in this case, (thru their agents, WHATEVER!!!) do a pi$$ poor job of it.
If you have to call several times, stay of hold for more than a few minutes (in my case an hour!!), hear the same lame stories and wait over five months for the rebate (which still hasn't shown up),
HOW IS THIS A "HOTDEAL"??!!
