Ugh. I'm not a huge fan or anything but I know many are....

So I guess this series is not selling well enough for Warner. So they are going to remove it from all stores and wait a number of years to release it again....

*Face palm* However I guess it works for Disney.

So I don't know if rentals will get pulled too? I guess that would be the idea and to stop showing it on TV stations to make people want it after 10 years or so?

Gotta admire how Disney is able to put a movie out for a while then pull it off the market, so when they release it again they can say "For the first time ever..."

then next time
...in this Collector's Edition
then next time
...on DVD with Blu-Ray
etc.

and on and on. Just change something about the product so you can say "For the first time ever..." and the collectors swarm to buy it. I don't go to many garage sales but the few I've been to I noticed how many people have huge piles of Disney movies.

it works for disney because of them being on VHS. i don't see this working as well for harry potter. all its going to do is piss people off.

they want to boost sales of that title and box mega sets they'll be selling for christmas

i already have the first 7 movies on bluray, BUT my wife will want to buy one of the mega premium box set deals instead of just getting #8, in part due to this vault crap
