WARNING: Monarch can't ship on time and gives false invoices

Never had a problem with them or coupons in the last year that I've ordered from them. Have you actually tried contacting them? Additionally, were the coupon codes valid at the time of purpose? If I'm not mistaken, you should be able to see the discount before you ever complete your order, so if you didn't see the coupon remove the added funds, then that should have been a red flag right there.

I just ordered a CPU using a coupon. The invoice did not show the coupon so I inquired. They said their system doesn't show coupons in the invoice. Sure enough, the charged amount was correct, with the coupon deducted. No problem.

I have saved and printed a receipt, it shows 158 total.

one of my invoices they sent me also showed the full price on my 165, but an earlier confirmation and actual cost charged to my CC included the discount from the coupon.

You really should call customer support and ask before you make huge assumptions like this and make it a PSA. Thus, making yourself look more noobish than it really should. :evil:

Gives me the prices after coupon.

The invoice email gives the total without the coupon.

I was charged correctly for both of my AMD CPU orders.
The coupons were not fake for me.

Did you even check your credit card statement?........

What if? just check the freakin credit card now and see if they charged you right... don't go around wondering what if all your life and make a big deal out of something that could be ... nothing at all... Monarch has worked fine for me. I don't see why you should be bad mouthing a company when you aren't sure.

notwithstanding the op's impatience i do find monarch's order confirmation practices unneccesarily alarming to the customer. i hate having to call CSR to confirm stuff about the order. you never see this happen at dell, amazon, newegg, or even swiftink for that matter. monarch should fix this right away before more 12 year olds get a heart attack.

Here, try some of these facts.

1. You complain about Monarch w/o even trying to figure out the problem on your own.

2. You created a thread in the Hot Deals section that wasn't a hot deal.

3. You whine and b!tch like a teenager (I bet you're under 18) and then b!tch at all the other posters in the thread.

4. You continue to avoid doing the easy things like checking your CC statement online, or waiting till tomorrow to call them.

5. No one likes you, you are a noob to AT and no one likes you, and you will be banned very soon because no one likes you.

Here's what you should do before you hurt yourself anymore. Wait till monday and check your CC statement online. If it's showing the wrong charge amount, call up Monarch and ask about it. Don't ever create another thread on AT b/c you are a noob.
