Thanks mr. smart fvck, If i only could when iz Sunday, and the automated computer voice systems says our office hours are mon-friday, 10am to 6pm. Try this and your order being late for a week and u got a email that says u paid 60 dollars extra for no reason when u shouldn't. It's like ur with out a clue of what to do.
I'm just posting the obvious. You shouldn't have posted at all UNTIL you called a CSR. Course more than likely you're overreacting.

I don't respect people who tries to show off. And no I'm not overreacting. I'm trying to state the facts.
Here, try some of these facts.
1. You complain about Monarch w/o even trying to figure out the problem on your own.
2. You created a thread in the Hot Deals section that wasn't a hot deal.
3. You whine and b!tch like a teenager (I bet you're under 18) and then b!tch at all the other posters in the thread.
4. You continue to avoid doing the easy things like checking your CC statement online, or waiting till tomorrow to call them.
5. No one likes you, you are a noob to AT and no one likes you, and you will be banned very soon because no one likes you.
Here's what you should do before you hurt yourself anymore. Wait till monday and check your CC statement online. If it's showing the wrong charge amount, call up Monarch and ask about it. Don't ever create another thread on AT b/c you are a noob.
