Was Hitman any good?

I've never played the first one, but I enjoyed the second.

If you enjoy the sneaking around part, you might enjoy games like Splinter Cell.

The original Hitman was pretty buggy and annoying but still ok, Hitman 2 was awesome, and Hitman 3 is pretty good but a bit too short. Defenitely get Silent Assassin and Contracts, and possibly the original.

Hitman 1, 2, and Contracts, were all great games. Hitman Blood Money will be out sometime in the next couple of months, and looks to be very promising.

There's nothing like showing up to a dinner party to fulfill a contract, with nothing but fiber wire tucked away in your tuxedo :evil:.

ive only played the second hitman, and i can say for sure that it was a good game. a couple of hard, challanging parts, but, imo, is what makes games so good.

Never played the first or second one, but I played Contracts at my cousin's house. It was... ok.

I only have the first two, but definitely an excellent series. They are a little linear, but how you go about accomplishing your missions are somewhat open ended.

Personally, the whole series of 3 are my favourite all time games. I think Hitman 2 is the best.

I played the first all the way through & enjoyed it.

Although I liked it, I got stuck on Hitman 2 and just never finished.

They are definately worth a try.

The 3rd was a bit of a let down, though, as half of the levels were remakes from the original. I'm just glad I bought it after price cuts at Best Buy.

Hitman 2 was the best of the 3 in my opinion.

EDIT - they have to be played on a computer, they never translated well onto the consoles, in my opinion.
