Deals on these bulbs are pretty much always regional as they rely on subsidies from local electric providers. In other words, you probably won't see the same price unless you happen to live in Virginia.

CT (at least in CL&P territory) is $4.98 in store even though online it says $9.98. Lowes also has the same size LED for the same price, I forgot to notice the manufacturer. Five bucks for a light bulb is still too high for me.

Hm, it'd be a 37 mile drive for me each way. Probably not worth it when factoring in gas and highway tolls for blubs I don't "really" need.
