and on the fourth day a wolf really comes. The boy cries out to the top of his
lungs, but the villagers ignore him and the boy and his flock are gobbled up.
Garak: That's a little graphic for children, wouldn't you say?
Bashir: But the point is; if you lie all the time nobody's going to believe
you, even when you're telling the truth.
Garak: Are you sure that's the point, doctor?
Bashir: Of course. What else could it be?
Garak: That you should never tell the same lie twice.

As with TNG, DS9 had a pre beard and post beard phase. The post beard phase is when shit gets serious.

There is an episode in DS9 where they go back in time to prevent a bombing attack on Kirk. They used original video material and the original (young) Kirk even has a conversation with O'brien. They are all dressed similar as the trekkies in the original star trek.
It's the Tribble (sp?) episode, which is even better. I actually just hit it a couple of days ago when I had DS9 going on in the background.

Started watching the Firefly's again last nite, just never was a DS9 fan.

Yeah the old original Star Trek ones they recently put out on BluRay I love though, have been watching those too off and on.
They are almost like watching them all over again.
Kirk is called Uncle Bill in the house, is funny I know his nephew and have heard a few good stories. We were over at their house and his wife asked him to tell the wine glass story, the glasses we were drinking out of he'd bought for their wedding. Was pretty cool.
The wife and I joke about it whenever we see him somewhere on TV.
