OK, so yesterday I went out of bounds and ate Chinese food for lunch. It was right next to the bank and I deposited my checks so hey, I couldn't resist. I ate it and got thirsty and drank a ton of water. Last night I looked a little puffy in the mid section so I weighed myself and was 178.5.
This morning I woke up and my underwear were nearly falling off. They were barely hanging on my hips. I looked and felt thin and kinda SEXY actually LOL. Anyway, I stepped on the scale and weighed 175. What the hell happened? Is sugary, salty Chinese food the secret to fitness success?
