Water to use for cooling?

I have a Koolance system and my tank is running low, but no one in my area sells replacement water... I ordered more from Koolance, but my system has started randomly restarting, and I imagine it's due to the lack of cooling going on. Would it be safe to top it off with deionized water until my replacement stuff gets in?

Replacement water? Wow, just wow...

Plain ol' distilled water is what you need.

Regular water will work in there, yeah, but the water that you can get from Koolance
1) Doesn't conduct electricity
2) Has gunk in it so organics won't grow in the tank
3) Is green and looks cool!

You can buy treatment supplies and UV dye separately and probably for a load cheaper.
