a couple of times my left ear would get clogged, and i couldnt hear well through it. i went to the doctor, and they used a syringe to blast warm water in there. that cleaned it out good. they also found that i have "ear dandruff"; basically just skin inside my ear flaking off just like what happens on the scalp. the doctor used another tool that was a thin tube that sucks air, and she used it to vacuum out some flakes.
