Well considering Adul helps anyone and everyone who needs it on these boards, and has done so much in the way of DC, not to mention he always has time to help out anyone who needs it, never says an unkind word about anyone, and has never that I have seen ever made a negative post, I guess it is pretty clear what you need to do to earn it.
