All I need to say is that my RadeonLE crapped out after about 60 days, and I was afraid that getting it fixed/replaced would be hell, since it was beyond the 30-day replacement period. However, NewEgg took the card back, handled the RMA with Alton Micro and sent me a new one FedEx within 3 days. I have been SHAFTED by a several "low price" web dealers, but NewEgg really is top notch all the way around.

Yes, Newegg seems to have everything, good prices, fast shipping, and very good customer service. They sorta just popped out of nowhere (at least I never heard of them until now), but have been a Godsend to the Anandtech Hot Deals forum. For a while, there was about 10 "Newegg Deals" posted. But they haven't seemed to do anything too bad yet. I hope they stay around for a long time since they are how an online company should operate!

How is it a pain for NewEgg? They just send it off like normal.. customs/whatever deals with it, but newegg won't hear about it again.

Yeah, I ordered a mobo, CDRW and video card from them and got all of them in 3 days. Good service, although I haven't had to RMA anything yet. I stumbled upon them by luck a month ago, and they've consistently had some of the best prices around. Amazing. PEACE.

I think they're really happy with AT because ya know when it says where'd you find out about us? Well most of us probably put AT and they're happy. Maybe that's why they sent Anand that DDR board for the KT266 review.

i bought my lian-li pc60 case from new egg, there service was quick. I received my case 2 business day after I ordered it from their web site. They even had free shipping when i placed my order last week.

Newegg is great! I ordered a mobo and fan from them and while the shipping wasn't blazingly fast, it was FREE! So I can't complain. They're definitely my company of choice when shopping for hardware online.

Glad that you had a good experience. It's always nice to ACTUALLY get customer service. I should've ordered my CDR from them instead of MWave.com. The sent me a crapped-out bare drive that died 30 minutes after installation, then gave me a hard time about returning it. Some phone operator trying to tell me that I didn't install it right, and am I sure that it's not working? #$@%*@!!! No, you're right, operator, I LIKE TO SPEND an hour on the phone with a moron for no apparent reason...I get my jolies this way. Good to go, NeweGG!!!

I usually hate to dump on companies, but I too have had some bad expereicnes with MWave. For one, they charge for will call, which would *maybe* be okay if they actually had a reasonable will call department. Unfortuantely, they make you wait FOREVER and have a really nasty habit of trying to charge your cedit card a 15% restocking fee if you order something and then try and cancel the order. I think it's illegal to do that, since you never received the item in the forst place, but I guess most people don't want to go to court over 15%...? Anyway, NewEgg is much much better, and their prices are so good that sucking up the CA taxes is still worth it on all but the really big-ticket items. If only they were *just* over the border in Nevada!
