Why is softfsb no longer available there?

I was hoping the new version of WCPUID would fix this problem but apparently it has not. When I use SoftFSB to overclock my system in Win2k, benchmarks show improved performance, but WCPUID shows no change in FSB or CPU speed. why on earth?

I did a ftp file search for this file - wcpu30b103.exe ... I don't know whose it is or if it's on 24/7.... I forgot where I previously downloaded this file.

Turns out if i turn off Norton internet Security i can download it.
