WD 120GB $49.99 AR Best Buy & Circuit City

I hope these aren't reposts. The search function is currently FUBAR, but I did try.

Best Buy has the Western Digital 120GB wd1200jbrtl sku 4654181 for $49.99 AR ($20 and $30 MIRs). Good 2/06-2/12. Got any Reward Certificates to make it better?

Circuit City has the same drive (Web ID WD1200JBRTL) for the same final price after $20 and $30 MIRs for the same sale period.

I wonder why don't they just sell it for 49.95 and cut out the UPC bar code so you cannot return it for refunds to keep the savings. ALSO paying 99.99 up front means you're pay more taxes, in this state 7.75 percent so that's like 57.74 AR and taxes
I am not stupid, they are tricky...
Sorry I pass, I have 150 DVD-R that can backup excessive data if needed and that only cost me less then 22.51! that's about 705GB worth of data, can't beat that can you?
