I think this pretty good deal, just make sure not to buy more then 1. Why? It would be wiser to buy it every 6 months or more when price drops. I remember paying 120 for 120gb a year ago, now for twice the capacity and even less then a 100.

I like that, its like one man's trash is another man's treasure. Too cool to boot. Never a problem with them, bought 3 times so far in the past say 120gb, 160gb, 160gb no problems so far for 2 years of usage.
Your want new? Go to retail store pay full price then wait 2-3 months for your lovely rebates.

The other folks do have a point OP. This is a refurb that is only warranted for 30 days by memorylabs.com, not the manufacturer and it only has a 2MB cache. You can go to Newegg and get a new Hitachi 250GB UATA with 8MB cache and 3 year manufacturer warranty now for $116.99 shipped. Much better for only $19 more and still no rebate.

Do you work for that company or something? 5 guys gave great reasons not to buy that drive and you responding to all of them with attitude. Its not threadcrapping as this is "hot deals" forum, not "fs ft". Its not "your thread" as you are not selling anything (or maybe you do ).

Anyhow, if its none of above, and you just have low self esteem and to every criticism just respond with bad attitude, then you have issues that these forums cant fix...
