I'd comment on the unethical aspects of doing this, but those inclined to do it almost certainly won't care.

So I'll just comment on the fact that AMEX policy is to not pricematch whent eh store itself has a PM policy, as BB does. I think we are looking at the very reason they do this here, to prevent the kind of fraud you are trying to perpetrate.

Why has Noami posted a new thread addressing all the same stuff we already went over in two other threads? Amex will see that Best Buy credited funds back... getting two PM's is fraud and hurts everyone using Amex. I personally got BB to match CC, then I will wait 60 days and then find the lowest price on the net... this should give me the drive for about $50, and I didn't have to cheat to get this price.

No, the 80gb drive is gone from pcbuyerclub's site. Also, I just called the nearest three Circuit City's and the WD drive is $199.99 at them all. Sure did have me going though.

..lol..you actually have to physically go in the store and have it rung up ..if it rings up at $149..roll yo self over to your B&M BB and then get one there showing yo receipt from CC for the PM get yo receipt and rebate form from BB then back to CC for da refund..p.s. my local CC has 3 left(after he returns it..there'll be 4)...hehe...but BB sold the last to a friend in need

This won't work.
When you PM with AMEX BVG, they will verify the credit card transection.
If they see that BestBuy credit you back $60 for the same transection (yeah, the transection # will be the same), they'll put it into consideration and only give you $75 - $60 = $15. Which is about the same as the original $149 - $75GC deal.

The only exception this would work is that if you can get AMEX BVG send you the check first, then go back to BB and do the PM with CC for the $60 difference. But I think by the time you receive your check from AMEX, the $149 price at CC will be long gone.

Noaml method :is you buy a drive at BB then you tell AMEX Blue that you found a cheaper price at pcbuyerclub and get the pricematch then you goto CC and get a pm from BB.

It's jackasses like you that are going to get Blue killed for the rest of us. I was already been contacted by Blue in November when I did a Pricematch to BB on a 80GB drive I bought there (most of you remember the $80 GC deal). They check the BB transaction logs. If you want your Blue card pulled, go for this deal. Don't say I didn't warn you beforehand.
