WD RAPTOR 740 on which controller

Have a new ASUS A8N-SLI board with 2 SATA controllers.

1: SI3114 RAID
2: NVIDA 4 Raid

Heard about this TCQ,NCQ but dont know about that technology.

What controller would give me the best performanceon my Raptor?

i know that. I was wondering if anyone knew if any of these controllers support NCQ OR TCQ or both?!!

I think you'll get the same performance ...
still you are not using RAID so there shouldn't be any difference.
