I guess it was just the certain crew that wasn't taking the coupons. Actually, the CSR's that you reach with the 1-800 number weren't taking the coupons, but the CSR's at the 1-877 number were.Also, to the person who said that OMax wouldn't take coupons over the phone, I just got them to take one this morning. It was a $25 off $100, so my cost AR for this drive is $41.29
