All, who bash Hardware for his improper language... show me YOUR knowledge of a foreign language to an extent that he is showing and THEN you can start complaining about his grammar and what not. I just started coming onto Hardware Board, so I don't really know him, but his &quot;I told you so!&quot; is annoying, that's fact. LukFilm That's exactly why I asked if it was his first language. I repsect it when people are able to speak more than one language. I can only speak english, about 5 words of chinese, and can only do some rudimentary latin.

Well, Hardware has been predicting 3dfx's demise for a LONG time. So, it's not like he just started when the evidence started showing itself.

As for his sig... Well, he calls people &quot;zombies&quot; all the time, then wishes they were dead.
Today, he's been reveling in the fact that many people lost their jobs. And right before X-mas, I might add.
All because of a piece of computer hardware.

As a father of two boys myself, I sure hope he isn't this insensitive and arrogant in real life. Unfortunately, I've found that most people are very similar to their online persona.

I agree with OneEng. As a fellow technician my thoughts go out to the fellow technicians and engineers and all the rest of the employee?s of 3DFX. This is a bad time of the year to get this kind of newsL I have seen this before. We all have to remember they have put their hart and soul into this company and no matter what everyone thinks they had some ground braking idea?s in the works. And it has to hurt to see it all come down on them. Maybe something good will come out of this but with the way things have been going in the last 3 to 4 years it is getting hard believe we will see it anytime soon. Just think about it, we have seen it happen to sound cards, video cards and if Rambus has it way?.. soon to be memory???

Regarding Hardware's English...perhaps there would be less confusion that English is a second language to him if he enabled his profile. I think he has to be the only Golden Member or higher that does not have it enabled.
