Just my 2 cents. You guys shouldve gotten one of the guys in Cali to do this.
2 big financial reasons.

1) No state tax on lottery winnings here.
2) Paramutiel payout. So the 5 numbers (no mega) = about 500-600k rather then 250k

So bigger payouts and no taxes.
