Area 51 was heavily guarded at least a decade before the moon landing. Hell, if my memory serves, it was a military base during WWII.

He's right, though, obviously if they'd staged something like that there, the best way to keep it a secret is with a fortified secret military base, not by destroying it or something like that.

I have looked it up. And I posted a thread about this topic months ago where experts debunked all the ridiculous arguments the tin foil hat crowd put up.
