Just drove out into the middle of nowhere (rural) to look at a used Ford Focus. On the way back, I went past a small town hardware store that had this sign out front:

"We Now have Trump 2024 Flags!!!"

And so it begins......

They've been out since before the 2020 election. I guess you just don't live near rednecks.

Yeah, you go into the country here and they've been out for a while. The tattered 2020 ones are looking pretty sad these days since a lot of people never took them down.

Trump 2024 flags came out in like 2018 because he deserved a third term after all the fake news collusion meddling.

The neighbor across the street could use a couple new flags. His current blacked out American flag and stars and bars are looking pretty ratty.

Seeing how sparsely his rallies are becoming, and if DeSantis gets a few more legislative wins, always a chance the orange monkey won't run. But these stupid MAGAtards will still write him in splitting the R vote.

For his 2020 run, Trump filed his campaign paperwork on inauguration day, 2017. This enabled him to accept domestic bribes legally throughout his White House tenure (the foreign bribes he accepted were still illegal). Since he isn't in office, maybe the same incentive doesn't exist but Trump has yet to file for a 2024 run.

I see them in the GA mountains too frequently, if I remember correctly they sometimes say "remake America great again". There is even a Trump store in Ellijay GA.

I was offered one of those American flag stickers with the blue line in it outside our Sam's club. I said "no thanks, I'm not a boot licker" and the guy laughed and said "well maybe it will keep you from getting a speeding ticket" so I grabbed one for the wife's car.

Trump stuff has been out here for a while. I really don't care what people do in a free country, as long as they know people driving by might think they are idiots. I met two people at the dog walking path this weekend that seemed like the nicest folks, then when they were leaving I saw a Trump bumper sticker on their car.

Folks, the OP didn't say he endorsed the Trump 2024 merch, he was just pointing it out. Even some conservatives roll their eyes at Trumpists acting as if the Orange One's nomination (and victory) was virtually guaranteed.

To add to what eelw said: it will also be highly amusing if Trump runs, but doesn't clinch the nomination. The phrase "eating their own" comes to mind.

He's going to run trying to shield himself from prosecution.
AG office will not prosecute despite having a solid case. Trump will run again not to shield against prosecution but because he wants the spotlight. He's brainwashed half the country and will win in 2024 and it will be awful. Even if he's found guilty of some lesser civil suits he will get on stage at his rallies and listen to the crowd chant "not guilty" while he brags about getting away with things.

Yea. Dems are going to get trounced come election time. I fully expect the house, senate and presidency to go full Republican. With high inflation, the war in Ukraine, high gas prices, and so on. These are all going to be used against democrats effectively, and it's going to be a nightmare. I also expect Trump to get into office for a second term barring any health issues.

Agreed. There was no way Trump would have won 2020 because of Coronavirus, and there's no way Dems will win in 2022 because of the points above.

I like to think of myself as an independent. I voted for Obama in 2008 to stop Hillary. I reluctantly voted Trump 2016 because I had seen Biden put his foot in his mouth WAY too many times, and I felt like he might not "be all there", as they say. I also kept seeing the radical left keep using the courts to force their agenda on everybody, and felt that it should be pushed more conservative to stop that from happening as often.

Trump shot himself in the foot by spouting just about every thought that came into his head on twitter, every few hours, = unpresidential.

So though I voted for Trump, I would much prefer that he just go back to reality TV, write a book, or take up knitting or something in his retirement years. And Biden could stand to look into retiring as well.

Yeah... Not putting a hate symbol on my car to stay out of a speeding ticket.
