web host recommendation?

I'm looking for a new web host to purchase my domain and host my web site. It must support mySQL and ASP.

Anyone have any positive or negative feedback about Brinskter?

I don't want to sign up anywhere that promotes unlimited space -- sounds like trouble if you ask me. I'm shooting for 350 MB of space and would like the price to be reasonable, $15/month or less if possible. Email support only is fine, as long as someone replies within a few days for non-critical issues (billing), 1 day for critical.

My current host hasn't provided any support in a year, so they have to go.

I second Hostgator. If you're concerned about them advertising "unlimited" hosting, they have a pretty good explanation here:

EDIT : I am not sure, but I don't think many web hosts offer MySQL with ASP, as ASP is more of a windows hosting thing.

ASP is a only a windows thing, mysql is linux and windows. It's just a matter of finding a host who offers both.

Gotcha, so it's a MySQL, ASP, and Windows thing.

I thought he had a host with MySQL, ASP, and Linuxm haha,

Yeah, I re-read what he was asking for Godless .

I can't think of any host that offers ASP + MySQL. ASP + MSSQL is a dime a dozen.

Steadfast offers ASP it just isn't on the default install. Just takes a email to add it. It is offered only on dedicated host though

GoDaddy offers ASP and MySQL. Phone support is hit and miss for getting actual good service, which is the case for almost any company. Cheap and reliable.

Hostgator offers ChiliSoft ASP. Since the OP did not specify he needed Windows hosting, I inferred he might be open to Linux hosting.
