Hello everyone
My web site is currently being hosted on Pair Networks. Pair have been good to me, but I am now looking for a better deal elsewhere, if I can find it.
Right now, for US$6 I am getting this from Pair:
100 MB hard disk space
2 POP3 e-mail addresses
For a more detailed idea on my package, visit this page and view the FTP category.
Sounds like a good deal? I don't know that much about web servers, except that when I pinged my website, I got a ping of 96ms. Now that is quite bad, considering a 0ms ping time for this package.
I will soon be setting up CGI-scripts on my website, which increases the need for me to upgrade my account at Pair. If I do decide to cut off relations with Pair, can someone tell me how do I go about doing it.
Consequently, please feel free to suggest to me other web-hosting companies. Uptime is a very important factor for me and one thing about Pair, my website has never been down.
