Cartikahosting.com used to be one of the better Web Hosting solutions -- does anyone know if this still holds true today?
Edit: I'm developing a website for a Union Chapter here in Ohio, and they don't yet have a host (please no Union bashing, I'm just making their site). I've actually looked at a Asmallorange.com as well.
Between Asmallorange.com and Cartikahosting.com, which would be best for a Union website that has around 3,000 members and probably won't get a ton of traffic? The site needs a decent amount of space, as they will be uploading imaged documents of their minutes (and probably other things), but nothing outrageous.
The most important thing is server reliability and speed. I've used other Web hosting solutions in the past where the servers lag horribly (Lunarpages.com), or where the site has a very unprofessional feel to it (GoDaddy.com). But typically I'm only responsible for creating the Website, not finding a host -- so it's been a long time since I tried finding one.

Ok, so I checked out Pair and ASmallOrange, and compared to Cartika.
Why are Cartika's prices so high? It costs $25/month to get 2 GB transfer max? That doesn't seem right. It seems the data-transfer cap is very low for Cartika's solutions.
To compare, ASmallOrange gives you 100 GB transfer at $30/month, and Pair gives you 200 GB for $30/month
Are ASmallOrange/Pair overselling to be able to give the higher caps at similar prices? Or is Cartika priced higher because of their "clustered" servers? What's the deal?
