It's not something I'd use from the ground up, but I still used it because it's the fastest program to use when you just want to edit or add something, especially if you know what you're doing and what to look for.

I know some well paid programmers who would laugh you out the door for that statement. Alot of excellent coders use text editors only.
I used DreamWeaver 4 all summer while working on the website for my old HS and I thought it did a very nice job. Judging by your site I don't think you'll run into the problems that some people run into with WYSIWYG (namely having no basic working knowledge of actual HTML code). I've used FrontPage 2000 as well (got it free from my college, can't beat legally free software) and while I don't think that FrontPage is a terrible program, I do think that DreamWeaver is decidedly better.
