can someone help me figure this out, my friend and I are trying to do a video conference on netmeeting. My roommate was able to call me, but my friend cant connect to me, I'm thinking it's because I dont have an outside Ip, so he cant coonect to me, does any know how I can work around this or is there a gatekeeper service I can use for free?

Prolly behind a router, you'll need to port forward the ports.

If the router is your problem then the only way you could do it would be for the school's network admin to port forward to your IP. Since they probably use DHCP, however, this may be difficult (assuming they would do it at all).
