How do I go about adding an office webcam that can be viewed by our overseas office?

I don't want a live stream or audio, just a static image updated maybe once every 15 seconds or so.

We have a website but are on a limited bandwidth ADSL connection so don't want it to be a bandwidth hog. Anyone ever set one of these up?

Ha! No, just our overseas office wanting to know what's going on in our office and who's at work etc.

set up a webpage that cycles one of four or five jpegs of the office every 15 seconds. that way all but one person can take the day off!

4/5 jlegs shots per minute will do.. I mean jpegs... did I say legs oops

Grab a copy of Webcam32. It can do what you want. I've used it on a dialup connection, you notice a slight hit then during the picture upload, but they're all small so it doesn't make much of a difference
