website not working on only my computer?!

Ok, I am trying to purchase this item from this site. The site used to work fine but suddenly stopped working. I give the link to my friends and they say it works fine. Close Internet Explorer

Start >> Control Panel >> Internet Options
click the button that says "delete files"
when that's finished, click the button that says "clear history"
if you have a button that says "clear cookies" click it and wait for it to finish
click <OK>to close the window
Close control panel

Start >> Shutdown >> Restart

Try your website again

I have the same problem with 4 sites I know of. The home page won't even load. They work fine when running Win 98SE on the same system. Both OS browsing with IE 6. All other sites work fine and I've tried the fix recommended here (delete files, clear history, etc.) Sure hope someone has a fix. The sites are accuweather.com, weather.com, usps.gov and logos.com.
